Considered to be one of the most beautiful lakes in New England, Lake Willoughby sits in the northeast corner of Vermont. This section of the state is also referred as the Northeast Kingdom. With Mount Pisgah on the right and Mount Hor on the left, the lake is considered to be a glacial lake.
