Description
Going to the Sun Road is a 50 mile road that cuts through the center of Glacier National Park. The road travels up over Logan Pass at a elevation of 6646 feet, the highest point on the road. The photograph shows three motor cycles passing through the East Side Tunnel headed east.

I remember the waterfalls coming out into the road, it was more to my right. Went to Glacier a few times while living in Great Falls during the 70's.

This is so lovely, Steve, You've captured the ruggedness of this majestic park. Yet I miss the old days (30 years ago) when the down slope was an ice pack and the road was wet from the glacier that mounded high on the right. My kids (and others) stopped and made snow balls in an 80+ degree summer.
