The leaves are starting to fall along the Dog River in Northfield, Vermont. The Slaughterhouse Covered Bridge has stood in this location since 1872 and has been one of my favorite covered bridges in the State of Vermont.
I'm a self taught photographer who started competing in Camera Clubs in the early 80's. After retirement in 2011, I invested in new camera equipment and started a new life as a photographer. I enjoy photographing covered bridges and anything I find long the way. My photography has been shown at the Glickman Library at the University of Southern Maine and the Azure Rising Art Gallery in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire.
