Canterbury Shaker Village was established in 1792 by Benjamin Whitcher as a religious community. The village has 700 acres, used for farming, livestock breeding, production of seeds, herbal medicines and a small print shop.
I'm a self taught photographer who started competing in Camera Clubs in the early 80's. After retirement in 2011, I invested in new camera equipment and started a new life as a photographer. I enjoy photographing covered bridges and anything I find long the way. My photography has been shown at the Glickman Library at the University of Southern Maine and the Azure Rising Art Gallery in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire.
