Artist's Description
The River Road Covered Bridge is in a remote section of Vermont near the Canadian border. The bridge spans the Missisquoi River, was built in 1910, uses Town lattice trusses and has a length of 94 feet. On February 6, 2021 the bridge caught fire due to a snowmobile and the bridge collapsed into the river.
About Steve Brown
I'm a self taught photographer who started competing in Camera Clubs in the early 80's. After retirement in 2011, I invested in new camera equipment and started a new life as a photographer. I enjoy photographing covered bridges and anything I find long the way. My photography has been shown at the Glickman Library at the University of Southern Maine and the Azure Rising Art Gallery in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire.
