Description
Built in honor of a great grandfather who once owned the land, the A.M. Foster Covered Bridge sits in a remote section of Vermont. The bridge was built in 1988, uses Queenpost trusses and has a span of 57 feet. While traveling to this bridge, it was a beautiful day in New England with deep blue skies. By time I got within 10 miles of the bridge the snow was coming down sideways. While photographing the bridge, even a sled dog team flew by us traveling up the road. This only happens in Vermont.
