Description
Early October and the wildflowers are starting to fade at the Portland Head Light. Fort Williams Park is located in Cape Elizabeth, Maine at the entrance to Portland Harbor. Completed in 1791, this is the oldest lighthouse in the State of Maine at the directive of George Washington.
