Winters in New Hampshire can be long and cold, but they can also be beautiful if you take the time and explore. The Durgin Covered Bridge is in the town of Sandwich, New Hampshire and spans the Cold River. Built in 1869 by Jacob Berry, has a span of 110 feet and uses Paddleford truss design with arches that were added in 1968 - 69.
