Artist's Description
Horses graze along the fence line leading to the Lower Cox Brook Covered Bridge in Northfield, Vermont. The bridge was built in 1872, spans Cox Brook, has a length of 56.5 feet and uses Queen post truss construction. Vermont in the winter can be such a tranquil place, it just keep drawing me back.
About Steve Brown
I'm a self taught photographer who started competing in Camera Clubs in the early 80's. After retirement in 2011, I invested in new camera equipment and started a new life as a photographer. I enjoy photographing covered bridges and anything I find long the way. My photography has been shown at the Glickman Library at the University of Southern Maine and the Azure Rising Art Gallery in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire.
