Artist's Description
The Scott Covered Bridge is 277 feet in length and spans the West River in Townshend, Vermont. The bridge was built in 1870 and is considered one of the longest bridges in the state with the Dummerston bridge being a little longer. The bridge was taken out of service and is used for foot traffic only.
About Steve Brown
I'm a self taught photographer who started competing in Camera Clubs in the early 80's. After retirement in 2011, I invested in new camera equipment and started a new life as a photographer. I enjoy photographing covered bridges and anything I find long the way. My photography has been shown at the Glickman Library at the University of Southern Maine and the Azure Rising Art Gallery in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire.
